These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Raviga Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) through raviga.io and app.raviga.io (the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or continuing to use it after updates, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
- You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach.
- You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free Plan
We may offer a free version of the Service. Features of the free plan may be limited compared to paid subscriptions. We may modify or remove free features at any time.
5. Paid Subscriptions
Paid accounts are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the subscription fee automatically each billing period.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The price of your subscription may depend on factors such as:
- Base subscription cost
- Number of seats or users included
- Additional seats or usage-based features purchased
6. Seat-Based Billing
Certain plans allow or require seat-based billing. By adding users/seats to your account, you agree that:
- Seat purchases may generate additional prorated or full-period charges.
- Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle unless clearly stated otherwise.
- You are responsible for managing your seat count and associated costs.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, you will not be charged again unless you choose to re-subscribe.
8. Refund Policy
If your subscription renews and you wish to request a refund, you may do so only within the first 50% of the current monthly billing period.
Refunds are not available when:
- More than 50% of the billing period has passed
- You have violated these Terms
- The refund request relates to additional seats already used or allocated
Refunds are processed through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
9. Changes to Pricing or Plans
We may modify subscription prices or plan features from time to time. If changes affect your paid plan:
- We will provide reasonable advance notice
- You may cancel before the new price takes effect
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities
- Attempt to access unauthorised parts of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy protected elements of the Service
- Upload malicious code, bots, or automated scraping tools
- Use the Service in a way that disrupts others
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including design, code, content, branding, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of Raviga Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

12. Availability & Maintenance
We aim to provide a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability.

- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the price you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control
